Individual members need to have a demonstrated connection to private security work. This bond should be in the form of a past or current employment in the private security, law enforcement, police, intelligence or military industry. The approval of the association will be the responsibility of the Executive Board.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

They are part of this instrument the WORLD FEDERATION OF SECURITY – FMS, legal entity of private direct, enrolled in CNPJ n. 28719203 / 0001-14, is a non-profit, non-profit, internationally-based association with headquarters in SBS Quadra 02, Block E, lot 15, Prime Business Building, Brasília, Brazil, CEP no. 70070-120, in this act represented by its President, in the form of its bylaws, called FMS, and on the other side the individual described above, called ASSOCIATE.

2. OBJECT

It is the object of this term of association between the parties indicated above, noting that the WORLD FEDERATION OF SECURITY – FMS is intended to represent the security sector worldwide, especially to international organizations; to promote congresses, fairs, seminars, lectures, meetings, trainings, and other events on private security, aimed at improving the technological and managerial capacity of the business sectors; generate, collect, store and disseminate information and knowledge necessary for the international development of the private security sector; providing online international information to members; enable direct and fast contact between members; make available the comparative study of legislation, oversight bodies, management, technical and training courses and safety technologies and favor business networking among its affiliates.

3. THE RIGHTS

The parties are aware that they are the rights of members: to vote and to be voted in the General Meetings, observing the provisions of its Bylaws; to convene the General Assembly, in the form of the Statute, guaranteeing one-fifth of the members the right to promote it and enjoy the services of the World Federation of Security.

4. THE OBLIGATIONS

4.1 The parties are aware that it is the duty of the members to: respect, fulfill and act as a partner in a moral and ethical manner; comply with the Company’s Bylaws and regulations, abide by the decisions of the Board of Executive Officers and of the General Meeting and pay, on a timely basis, the associative annuities, by means of a bank draft, in the amount of U $ 50.00 (fifty dollars), and may be readjusted in accordance with the Company’s Bylaws.

4.1.1 It is the duty of the members to pay the contributions fixed by the General Assembly, even if, afterwards, they are suspended or excluded from the membership, for the reasons provided in the Bylaws of the Entity.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1 The Parties elect the forum of the Special Judicial District of Brasília-DF, as the competent one to resolve the issues of unavailable law arising from this Term of Partnership.

5.2 The Contracting Parties declare under the terms of the Law that the signatories of this Instrument are their attorneys / legal representatives, duly constituted in accordance with their Statutes / Social Contracts, with powers to assume the obligations contracted, in accordance with the provisions of this Instrument.

5.3 And, being fair and contracted, the parties sign the present term in two (2) ways of equal content and form, in the presence of two (2) witnesses who also sign.
