1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Part of this instrument is the World Security Federation - FMS, a corporate body of private direct, registered with CNPJ no. 28719203 / 0001-14, is a non-profit association with indefinite term, with international operations, headquartered in SBS Quadra 02, Block E, lot 15, Prime Business Building, Brasilia, Brazil, Zip Code no. 70070-120, in this act represented by its President, pursuant to its By-Laws, called FMS, and on the other side, the Entity above, called ASSOCIATE.
2. OBJECT
It constitutes the object of the present term of association between the above parties, noting that the WORLD SECURITY FEDERATION - FMS aims to represent the security sector worldwide, especially before international organizations; promote congresses, fairs, seminars, lectures, meetings, training, and other events on private security aimed at improvement of technological and managerial capacity of business sectors; generate, capture, store and disseminate information and knowledge necessary for the international development of the private security; make international newsletters available to members online; enable contact direct and fast between members; make available the comparative study of legislation, management, techniques and training courses and security technologies and to encourage the business networking among your affiliates.
3. RIGHTS
Parties are aware that they are members' rights: to vote and to be voted at the General Meetings, subject to the provisions of its Bylaws; to call a General Assembly, in accordance with the Statute, guaranteeing a fifth of the members the right to promote it and enjoy the services of the Federation World Security.
4. OBLIGATIONS
4.1 The parties are aware that they are members' duties: to respect, comply with and act as a partner of moral and ethical form; comply with the Company's By-Laws and regulations, comply with the decisions of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly and pay, on a timely basis, the membership dues, through bank slip, in the amount of US $ 250.00 (two hundred and fifty dollars), and may be readjusted in the terms of the Company's Bylaws.
4.1.1 It is the duty of the members to pay the contributions fixed by the General Assembly, even if, subsequently suspended or excluded from membership for the reasons set out in Entity Bylaws.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1 The Parties elect the forum of the Special Judicial District of Brasilia-DF, as the competent to resolve unavailable legal issues arising from this Partnership.
5.2 The Contracting Parties declare under the penalties of the Law that the signatories of this Instrument are their attorneys / legal representatives, duly constituted in the form of their respective Articles of Association / Contracts, with powers to assume the obligations now contracted, in accordance with with the provisions of this Instrument.
5.3 And, being fair and contracted, the parties sign this term in 02 (two) copies of the same content. and form, in the presence of 02 (two) witnesses who also sign.
