On November 21, President of the National Federation of Security and Transport Companies (Fenavist), Jeferson Nazario, met with the Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa, Ntshikiwane Joseph Mashimbye. The meeting served to exchange information and for Nazario to inform Fenavist’s intention to promote a business mission to the African country in 2018.

In the conversation, the president of Fenavist said that the idea is to meet, discuss, debate and bring new models and concepts on private security for Brazil from the South African experience. He asked for the ambassador’s help in structuring the Mission by naming names and addresses for contacts with authorities and entities in South Africa that could make the visit feasible.

Ntshikiwane Joseph Mashimbye was very receptive to the idea and was willing to cooperate with this initiative of the Federation. The exchange of information with other countries has been fundamental for the development of private security in Brazil.
